These terms and conditions apply to the drawings and 3D models of a Projekt Datscha Tiny House available on https://projekt-datscha.com/en/bauplaene/. By downloading the Building Plans, you automatically agree to the Terms and Conditions.

Goals

While building our own tiny house Projekt Datscha, we have struggled a lot. Unfortunately, the Internet lacks guides and resources, a builder-beginner could rely on. Fortunately, our family and friends are skilled architects and engineers. We have decided to share the Building Plans to help out anybody starting their building adventure.

Intellectual property

All included Building Plans are the intellectual property of Projekt Datscha. The Author of the Preliminary project is arch. Monika Binkowska. The Author of the Sketch-up model is Anna Busch. Making changes, sharing and reselling the Building Plans without the Authors consent is strictly prohibited. 

Disclaimer

Arch. Monika Binkowska and Anna Busch are not legally responsible for the accuracy of the Building plans. Building a tiny house on your own is hard work and might create a hazard for you and the others. Do not solely rely on the information included in the Building Plans. Consult your build with an architect and a building constructor.

The Building Plans do not depict the final version of the build. We have made many changes on the go that has not been documented.
